Common questions
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- Your card (if you add one) is charged on day 15 at the plan you chose. If you don't add a card, your account goes read-only — your data stays, you just can't punch in / send new bookings until you subscribe.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. From Billing in your dashboard — change tier any time. Prorated automatically.
- What counts as an "active crew member"?
- Anyone who can punch in on a job. Inactive (or seasonal) crew don't count toward your tier limit.
- Cancel?
- One click in Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We never auto-bill you again after that.
- Annual vs monthly — what's the math?
- Annual is 10× the monthly price — so you get 2 months free. Same plan, billed once a year. Switch back to monthly any time.
